What is the difference between the A329SW 2CH and the A329S 2CH?
The only difference is the rear camera. The A329S 2CH uses a standard rear camera designed for interior mounting behind the rear window. The A329SW 2CH uses an IP67 waterproof rear camera designed for exterior mounting. Choose the A329SW if your vehicle does not have a sheltered rear window mounting point — pickup trucks, vans, box trucks, or any vehicle where the camera will be exposed to weather.
Why does the A329SW 2CH record at 4K 60fps but the 3CH version records at 4K 30fps?
In 2-channel mode, the processor dedicates more resources to the front camera, enabling 4K at 60 frames per second. In 3-channel mode, processing power is split across three cameras, so the front camera runs at 4K 30fps. For most driving scenarios, 4K 30fps with HDR provides excellent detail. If maximum frame rate matters — for example, capturing fast-moving license plates — the 2CH configuration is the better choice.
Can I mount the waterproof rear camera on a trailer or boat?
