Can I add a rear camera to the A119M Pro?

No. The A119M Pro is a dedicated single-channel front camera designed for maximum image quality in a minimal form factor. It does not support rear or additional camera expansion. For multi-channel coverage, consider the VIOFO A229 Pro or A329S, which support 2-channel and 3-channel configurations.
