We try our best to fulfill and ship out all paid orders within 2 business days. The order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped out on the next business day.

Free shipping via Registered Post (Singapore Post, 4PX Post-link, etc.) for orders over $9.90 USD. We will select the safe and reliable shipping carrier to different countries, free shipping normally takes about 8-12 business days depending on the country. (Faster for Northern America, Europe, and some Asian countries; slower for the rest of the world).

Delivery time is about 5-8 business days, may cause custom duties which is buyer's responsibility.

Express Shipping to certain remote areas is more expensive. In such cases, we will contact customer to pay the additional remote fees.

Q: DO I NEED TO PAY ANY IMPORT TAX ON THE CAMERA I BUY?

A: Express Shipping Package usually have high possibility to be held by customs and charged high import duties. 

 

Some registered post may also cause custom duties which is buyer's responsibility, we advise buyers to learn about local customs rules and regulations before ordering if customs tax is an anxious issue.

 If you’d like us to declare a lower/higher amount on your package, please contact us immediately after purchasing your camera.

 

Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? WHY DOES MY TRACKING SHOW "Not Found"?

A: After your order shipped, we will update the order status on website, and send you system notification with shipping details.

Q: WHY CAN I NOT SELECT FREE SHIPPING FOR MY COUNTRY?

A: We do not offer free shipping to some countries where we cannot guarantee a cheap or reliable delivery service. However, we strive for increasing the number of countries eligible for our free shipping service, and you may discover that this option is available for your country in the near future.
