just wanted to write a review for the replacement of my A119. Even though i was already out of warranty, Viofo still sent me a replacement. I just had to pay the Fee and the Return Cost to a local service provider.

My A139 Pro broke right after warranty expired and VIOFO ofered and delivered replacement for the cost of shipping only. I found VIOFO support very responsive and all that makes me a very satisfied customer.

Contacted Viofo about needing a longer HK4 cable than 4m and they sent out a 6m variant for me directly from their warehouse which was just what I needed.
Thank you for your continued support. Received a replacement camera for my faulty T130 3channel after contacting support. After a few weeks, I received a functioning unit in the mail, good as new. Ready to start my rideshare business back. You make great cameras and I’m satisfied with the value they add in my life. :)
The GPS mount for my Viofo A119 V3 Dashcam failed after about a year of usage in direct Texas heat (+ repeatedly removing dashcam from mount to retrieve footage), and although it was out of warranty, they gave me the option of purchasing a replacement mount for $5.
I have already received it, and it works perfectly.
