Great Dashcam - Great Customer Service

I bought this Dashcam as I am going on a multi-day road trip and wanted to record everything that was happening in the trip, for memory but also for emergency. I bought the A329S triple-channel with the hardwire kit and the 512GB SD Card.

I contacted support as they did not ship to the country I live in, and Nancy from the customer support team ensured that it got delivered to me. Afterwards, I had a couple of minor issues, and once again, Nancy was there to support me and followed up with me until I resolved all the issues and got all the help I needed.

This is honestly one of the best customer support stories I have, and additional to that, the quality of the dashcam (build and recording) is stellar. Their hardwiring kit is super easy and detailed to setup as well.

Hardwire Kit Cuts Off

The hardwire kit will automatically cut off power supply when it detects a low voltage.

Low Power Impact Detection

This parking mode features very low power consumption, preventing battery drain. When the vehicle is turned off, the camera switches to standby. Once detecting an impact, it will wake up in about 2 seconds and start recording for one minute. It captures theft, hit-and-runs, and other incidents to safeguard your car with vital evidence.
