There is a silver sticker on the back of the box with the serial number and a sticker on the back of the camera. If you have the mount still on the camera, you need to remove it to see it.

It’s a plain white box with no markings on it, except name “VIOFO.” Other than that, it’s just a plain white box. How can I dismount the GPS? It’s like literally glued on

Nothing has any kind of serial number on any of this. Tried calling the number in, CA and it’s a non working number

Did you buy it used? There should have been a sleeve around the white box and the sticker is on that.

Slide the mount to the right to remove it.

That counterfeits of Chinese cameras would already be produced?

If the camera was used, that could explain it. Though I have received warranty replacement cameras from Viofo without serial number stickers, but it's pretty rare.
