Viofo appear to have a non existent customer service. Had an issue with a 129 pro duo hardwire kit. They said they would send another one but two weeks after emailing them my address and messaging them multiple times .... zilch... nada. Looks like the whole kit will be going back under warranty

When did you contact them? Before or during the Chinese Holiday? Could be someone working support from home?
