Update the firmware. Be sure to manually default the cameras settings after the update, then press and hold the hard reset button on the side of the camera for about 5 seconds.

It is the A129 PRO DUO

The problem is with the backcamera. The frontcamera with LCD is OKE

Didn't ever see V1.9. That was likely a beta, so I would either update to V2.0 or go back to V1.3 (or V1.4). However, V1.1 might be easier to find since V1.3 and V.14 were never officially released.

Try V2.0 then. You can always go back if it causes issues. Just be sure to manually default the settings after the update then press and hold the hard reset button on the side of the camera for about 5 seconds.

The WDR function is active for both front and back cameras. Once is activated, that's how WDR is working on this camera model, flashing and increasing exposure in the presence of a light source.
As I have mentioned in my own post, that's not how WDR should work.
