App Will not work

I downloaded the app on my Viofo a129 dual it says connected no internet but nothing is working on app when i press my media it says no files what ami doing wrong ?

i tried 5 ghz i tried 2.4ghz, i turned mobile data off . its an android phone

do i have to have the rear camera connected for this to work?

Hi @faolteam

It should work without the rear camera.
Are you able to see (and set) the camera's settings on the app?

Do you have a Samsung S7 (edge), my phone will not work with this app, my business S8 and my wife´s S9 are working perfect with the viofo app

i have a one plus 6, cant get it to work but on my ipad works fine

Hello dear friends,
When I was trying to connect my android (an older Motorola) to the camera wifi, I was struggling due to my silly fault: I ignored the banner of android in the top of the screen, saying that the CONNECTED "wifi has no internet access". I found this unimportant, as I could see, that I was on THE wifi, and I did not want to go to the internet anyway - just to connect to the camera.
Once I tapped the banner I was prompted to a dialog box "stay connected" anyway. (see attached pictures for both) Of course, I chose "stay connected" and "don't ask again".
I still find this situation not logical.

Yes, it works well with/without rear camera.

Then, I recommend to use the Airplane mode with just wifi switched On.

Patience necessary ;)
